Today, there was almost no current, and the water was very clear. However, it took me a lot of time to locate the catfishes. I’ve found one hidding deep in a gap between the rocks, and two hunting in the river meadow.

I’ve also spotted some fish looking like carp, but it was shy and run away when I’ve tried to come closer.

After the dive I’ve took a nice walk on the hiking path that goes around the river bend. It was sunny weather - very nice for a walk - see the footage. First the path goes through the fields, then on the shore of the river, and then it crosses old town. You can also visit the island on the rhine with the Rheinau Abbey.

Then I’ve made a short visit to the famous waterfalls Rheinfall, that is nearby. I’ve made a footage staying on the pedestrian bridge over the Rhine. The view was very nice, but the best spots are paywalled - the barriers are everyone, drones are forbidden, and the view point directly by the waterfall requires buying ticket and using it in the electronic gate. Which means staying in queue two times, I haven’t reserved time for it today. The most immersive experience is on the rock in the middle of the waterfalls - but you can get there only with tourist boat, for which you need to reserve even more time. Definitely worth it, but it’s something for a longer visit.
