Because I know dive spot Eichwald wer well, I’ve skipped wreck Brunno and dived directly to the big standing sunken tree. It took me about 20 minutes to get there. I’ve went on 10 meters, so I could do the dive within the no-decompression limit.

The way below is marked by the sunken trees - they’ve falled into the water from the transport ship. There’s also a sunken lantern, which you’ll find if you go from the big standing tree directly to the top, and then look right.

The whole are is covered with big stones - they come from stone quarry above.

On the way back it’s great to visit the plateau, that begins just behind the ferry pier. It’s between 1 and 2 meters deep and is a perfect mating ground for toads.

This area is quickly warmed up by sun, and it’s very liked by the tadpoles, when they hatch. Today, the’ve formed 2 big swarms on the stones.

A swarm of perches was hiding in the shadow of the ferry.
